Flygelsalongen, our Piano Bar & Lounge, is one of Sanner’s most distinctive rooms – a classic hotel lounge with a library bar, grand piano, Norwegian art and several comfortable seating areas. Settle in with a cup of coffee or tea, meet for a drink before dinner or stay a little longer as the evening unfolds. The large windows overlook the garden, and just outside you will find our charming loggia. Sheltered beneath the glass roof, it is a lovely place to sit outdoors and enjoy views of the garden and the evening sun.

The walls are decorated with works by renowned Norwegian artists. Together with the library, grand piano and impressive chandelier, they give the lounge its classic character and an atmosphere that has become part of Sanner’s identity. For many of our guests, Flygelsalongen is a natural meeting place throughout their stay – before dinner, after the day’s programme or simply when it is time to relax for a while.
